I have been trying to figure out the right size for me with the bralettes. I usually wear a 2x and bra size 44 DDD. The 4x feels amazing with room for a larger bust, not much larger, but not unflattering for my size. Would recommend to size up considering your bra band size and cup. I love the cut, double lined vintage cup and the corset undercut. My only advise is consider your breast mass and cup. I did size up.
